Lives of Karmic Return
Lecture based Questions:
1. What is a life of karmic return?
Every so often, each one of us is required to experience an incarnation that seems more difficult than others. Obstruction and karmic payback are frequent along the path of this lifetime. The disciple finds that his/her desires do not easily come to fruition, if at all, during this type of life. The laurels of honor go to others who seem to work less hard. Death is a recurring theme during a life of karmic return. Danger and harm often are familiar companions. The clear goals of childhood (if there were any) dangle out of reach for most of this lifetime. It is a time of frustration, of pain, of humiliation, of violation, of abandonment, of loneliness, and (sometimes) fear.
So you can see that this is not a party life. What it is, is a golden opportunity to pay off karmic debts and learn courage and persistence in the face of hopeless odds.
2. Are there other types of incarnations besides the life of karmic return?
Yes. There are cycles of incarnations. Some of these cycles last more than one incarnation. For more information about this, see chapter 77, lives of assignment.

3. What are the ways to tell whether or not I am in a life of karmic return?
It is very easy using numerology or astrology. If one of the following applies to you, then you are experiencing a life of KR.
Born with Pluto in the 8th house.
Born with Pluto in Scorpio.
Born with Sun in Scorpio.
Born in the year of the Dragon.
Numerology Life number is a 9.
4. What can I expect from a family member or a friend who is having a KR?
For most of these people, simply staying alive is a great victory, because life is often perilous or extremely difficult. You should not expect them to become high achievers according to worldly values. You should not expect them to match the goals of other family members.
If you are the person with a KR, be patient with your fate. Avoid feeling bitter about your frustrated ideals. This is your life to cultivate persistence. This is your chance to learn how to stay below the radar and out of trouble. There will be other incarnations to accomplish all that you desire. This is your time to get used to merely being yourself.
5. How can I help someone with a KR?
So alone does such a person feel, that a good companion would be extremely valuable.
You can be such a person. Listen, give emotional support, give encouragement, and provide some opportunities for success if possible.
6. Do older souls proceed differently in a KR life than younger souls?
Yes. They have more control over their fate, as they have mastered the art of command and affirmation. To the average person, an older soul in a KR might even seem to have accomplished much in the worldly sense. However, the person himself is still experiencing frustration and obstruction, because she/he has set the bar very high for oneself. So a more advanced character can seem prosperous, well-educated, and well-loved. Yet he/she would still be experiencing a life of sorrow, humiliation, and abandonment.
7. What is the benefit of such a life?
During these years, the developing soul pays off some karma that has been waiting to be faced. This is by one’s own choice and design, with the help of the Kindle Archangel. The life might seem difficult, but it is full of insights about oneself, the nature of empathy as a virtue, and an expanded awareness of the needs of other individuals.
The obstructions that one faces during such a lifetime bring out much opportunity to develop persistence, patience, and thoughtfulness. The angels value these times the most, as they can see a measurable jump in spiritual progress.
Even though there may be feelings of loss and isolation here, one is never completely alone. The Guardian Angel brings into such a lifetime many helpers, mentors, advisors, and bits of inspiration to help guide the disciple successfully through these emotionally rough seasons.
8. Draw or describe one of your hundreds of helpers. You may use a symbol or describe a fragrance, color, shape, or name to help ground the knowledge of your helper.
