1. Draw or describe one of your helpers.

We have hundreds of individuals helping us and waiting to help us. Angels, loved ones (both living and dead), pets, nature spirits, teachers, and Masters. Each contacts us with symbols, colors, mind pictures, and sensations. Draw a symbol; describe a color or perfume that pops into your mind as a friendly calling card from one of these many helpers.

2. Why is it important for us to know about The Pools?

The more information that we have about existence between incarnations, the more empowered we feel about our daily lives. Knowing that there are places and energy flows of a divine nature fortifies us and gives us a sense that we are supported. Also, we remain more conscious during the transition process after death when we are aware of it.

3. Who uses them? What are their functions?

Those who have left their physical bodies in death all receive the benefits of these great baths of Light. The first pool dissolves all vestiges of physical torment and decay from the Astral Body. Its colors range through deep violet-blue, gold, turquoise, white, and pale blue, depending on the energies required for the individual. The second pool infuses the astral body with the soothing and refreshing healing energy that ranges all the turquoises and aquas from robin’s egg blue to deep sea green. The third pool fortifies the astral body with liveliness and enthusiasm. It is mostly gold and white Light with rainbow iridescence.

4. Where do they come from and where do they exist?

The Three Pools that we pass through after death are much more than bathing places. They are bodies of universal energy that we can also call upon for healing (during physical life). Each one is a dimension unto itself—a vast infinity, a continuous and powerful flow of Light energy. Each one serves to separate the physical from the Astral dimensions. The specific origin of these energy flows is the eighth dimension. The issue of Divine Energy descends to its assigned dimensional stratus and out through a spring. Each fountainhead is guarded by angelic Sentinels.

5. Are The Pools unique to our planet?

No, they are universal and exist everywhere in their dimensional form. How they are perceived and interpreted by the mind is another matter altogether. Most of us on this planet perceive them as very large swimming pools, small seas, or slowly flowing rivers. In other planetary systems, variations of these images are presented to those who must pass through them. In all instances, the sensation is liquid in texture and transformational in effect.

6. What are they made of?

The composition of each pool is unique, but suffice it to say that at a basic level their structures are all based on a very high frequency of Light that is partially visible to the physical eye, but which mostly transcends our visible spectrum. Thus you can surmise that they are particle in form—at least partially—and that their particles bombard the Astral body with their beneficial properties.

7. Meditation Exercise: The Three Breaths: a preparation for meditation

(Cleansing, Healing, Renewal)

This exercise invokes the energies of The Three Great Pools. Because it is a preparation, no additional work is required. The benefits of the three breaths are to align the consciousness to The Pools and to bless the atoms of the physical body. The Light properties that we use in this preparatory exercise are actually augmented versions of The Pools. The dense characteristics of physical negativity are more responsive to the Light described below.

•• Envision a beautiful, glowing purple color with gold sparkles and striations. It also includes tiny intricate shapes of deep blue and bright white, lending it a bluish effect.

• In a deep breath, this ultra-violet Light pours into your crown chakra, much in the way that colored heavy water would swirl and sink into a glass of clear water. As it fills up every part of you, it dissolves and burns away all negativity, doubt, and fear within you, like the film in a movie theater melts when it gets stuck in the projector.

•• Now picture an aqua-blue-green color of a very soft nature. It is like a cloud rising up from the planetary Logos—the very breath of the Earth Mother. Tinged with pink, sprinkled with gold flecks, striations of soft blue and glacier green mingle together in this wonderful tide of healing Light.

• Inhale deeply and see the mist of this Light rising up out of the ground around your feet. Feel its coolness refreshing you and yet making you feel warm, snugly, and protected. The healing fog rises up over your knees, your torso, your head, and out through your entire aura.

•• Visualize the air around you becoming bubbly, effervescent, filled with tiny rainbow spheres and teensy lightening bolts of gold, silver, and white. This beautiful and vibrant Light is constantly jiggling with kinetic energy. It fizzes when you listen to it. The effect is very stimulating.

• As you fill your lungs with air, feel this percolating Light entering your aura from all directions. It permeates your body, your cells, and your atoms. You feel inspired, energized, and enthusiastic.

Crossing the Rivers Styx, Jordan, and Nile

(no need to pay Charon the ferry)

Every incarnated being must enter The Three Great Pools after death. It is necessary to slough away the lower vibrations before reentry to the Astral locations. Those who are too embroiled in people and activities of the physical life will demure entry to these wondrous baths until they are ready to release the past and move into better times. We call these people earthbound spirits. They will eventually find the right frame of mind to go ahead into the cleansing Pools and beyond.

Many of you already know the order of passage. Each successive pool has a purpose to bring the Astral Body of the disincarnated person back to a sense of wellbeing after illness, trauma, or other cause of death. The process of cleansing (of all negative energy), healing (of astral wounds), and renewal (bringing the Astral Body up to a certain functional level) is the same for everyone, but each person perceives the Pools in a different way. Some find a series of large swimming pools that they are eager to go into. Others perceive vast oceans of shimmering light that they would love to navigate. Some see rivers that are wide and slow moving that they feel the need to cross. Some have experienced lovely garden fountains that invite bathing. Whatever the image, each individual is brought through these blessing waters of Light. In reality, they are dimensions in themselves, manifesting when needed through portals of the Astral Realms to be accessed and imbibed by all. The purpose of this cleansing [beyond the personal one] is to maintain a particular level of vibration within each dimension.

Not part of the Astral World, they are still involved in the structure of that dimension. They flow from the higher reaches of divine endowment and encircle the Astral and Mental dimensions with a fortifying effect. Now you can see that they are not really pools, but powerful flows of energy designed to separate and filter the lower dimensions. In a way, you could say that they act as girdles for the lower (1-5) dimensions to keep the atoms from affecting each other. In the light of this reality, we can understand that the three energy flows are not limited to our planetary aura. They descend as an imperative from the Imperial Solar Logos, the Spiritual Sun.

Bodies of water have always had a spiritual significance in religions. From the Ganges to the Nile to the Mississippi, large flows of water and volcanic lakes have always symbolized redemption and conduits to the afterlife. We may safely assume that the knowledge of the three energy flows has been common knowledge in certain earth circles for some time.

The ancient Greeks believed that Hades was encircled seven times by the river Styx (transition). They believed that destructive behavior was purified in the lava river of Acheron (fire). They believed that all pain and sadness was collected in the dark waters of Phlegethon (sorrow). They believed that all tears were collected in the salty brine of the river Cocytus (wailing). Finally they believed that the river Lethe (forgetfulness) took away all memory of the past life and made the spirit into a new being. In the lower Astral World, these manifestations actually do exist, but their higher counterparts have more simple purposes, namely, to keep lower vibrations in less harmful forms. Of the river Lethe, it is true that the Astral Body about to embark on a new incarnation must be bathed in the purifying light that separates it from its memories (which are then stored in the Mental Body). This enables the individual to experience the new incarnation without conflicting experiences or identities.

We can apply the benefits of The Three Pools to our physical lives by applying the different functioning Lights in meditation. The effect is cumulative in that it builds on the improvements of the last such meditation. We can invoke any of the energies for certain purposes when we are trying to heal others or ourselves, cleanse locations from negative energies, and alter the consciousness to be more porous to blessing and Divine Guidance.

Master Gamaliel:

To you, my pupils, I repeat, I will not leave you comfortless. I will come to you. Due to some difficulties that you are having in your work of peace, we have decided that it is better for you to have regularity of group effort than to be on your own, trusting you to make your own spontaneous alignments with our threshold. Therefore, for the remainder of this day, continue your two-hour remembrances. We are regretful that your alignments to peace have been the poorest work you have yet done. You need to enter it with more love, deeper reverence, fresh enthusiasm, in order to succeed in reaching the causal levels.

We are suggesting for the remainder of this day that you follow this procedure, attuning yourselves as do those who newly enter the superphysical dimensions at death. These centers or reorientation. What they experience you should, and you will, in your times of attunement each two hours.

At transition, before an individual awakens to his full recognition of the new world with which he is now identified, the angels who have charge of transporting man from earth to the astral world carry him to the Pool of Cleansing.

In our world we have duplications of most of your physical replicas—oceans, rivers, lakes are duplicated in the astral and mental and causal dimensions through a medium difficult to describe in words. Just as in your region, pools are composed of hydrogen and oxygen, in our realm they are composed of corresponding elements that come from the sun entirely.

One of the frequencies of the She Loah Beam is used primarily in this cleansing pool. It covers a large area, which in your terms would equal at least an acre visioned in circular form. There are steps leading into this pool and the sensation that one feels at the first touch of the astral waters is that of coolness and penetration. We do not swim in any of the higher region pools. We wade into them, as you would enter a very bright cloud. The Cleansing Pool being positive in tone and frequency releases the aura of all its gathered tensions and all its negatives. This very needful place allows the individual so immersed, by its healing waters, to come to freedom and to perception of his new identity. I speak of this b because you must daily evaluate yourselves in order to do better peace alignment and directive work with these well-known reservoirs.

From the Pool of Cleansing, an individual is guided to the Pool of Peace, and here one finds the current a more luminous blue intone and a gentler radiation than was the first pool. The Angels of Transition command the newly released Earthian to hie himself to these waters that will bathe him with their life giving forces, and bring to him their own gifts. As one enters this current affiliated with the Pranta activities of the sun, he has contrasting experiences of being emotionally released, surrendered, freed, and mentally stimulated to a new hunger for the conquest of this realm of his nativity. We consider all of the higher regions man’s nativity since he abides in them for such lengthy eons of time.

The third pool to which the soul is graduated, toward which he moves with eagerness, is called the Pool of Renewal. It is a blue-green emanation and affiliated with the Menton frequencies from the spiritual sun. I would not place the third pool in a higher position than the first. They are considered equal in radiations. We use them in this order because of what they accomplish in successive stages within these brought to them. The Pool of Renewal and Restoration of equilibrium is that one that gives to each who comes to it whenever the need is experienced, the wellspring of constant energy. Even in our realms, persons who are not as yet Masters know that which is comparable to your boredom that in turn creates fatigue. However, when this is sensed and observed as pallor within the aura, our pupils know immediately to which place and for what reason they must go to achieve restoration. What happens in each one of these places is that the entire contents of all the sheaths of selfhood, and all the currents of the aura are cleansed, are peace-released, and newly accelerated. For that reason we urge you this day in your work of peace to allow the inner one within you, your soul, to call on these actual places, for you can be identified where you are, even without a visitation in your higher bodies, with these astral vehicles, to enter the pools and to realize the true sensations that come to those who are dipped within the eternal waters.

We charge you likewise to try to do more persistent work in maintaining peace. Your attitude in general has been to strive for the quality and poise of peace, and then when this mentally was achieved, however poorly, you have released it without maintaining peace as your mantle. And so, begin all over once again, and this time, do your work with thoroughness. It is according to the excellence of your performance you must realize that we can come to you with instructions that depend on good performance of what is already shared.
