The Four Energy Triangles:
Love, Supply, Health, & Fulfillment
I take good care of myself.
I enjoy perfect good health.
I have much love, success, and wealth.
The walls of lack and delay
Now have crumbled away
And I enter my promised land today.
Blessed be
Blessed be
Blessed be.
Questions:
1. What are the Energy Triangles?
The four systems that comprise a perfect four-square life are sweet love without bitterness, vibrant youthful health, endless supply, and fulfillment of expression. A defined amount of energy is constantly being supplied to each of these systems. They are closed to each other; in other words, they don’t share energy between them.
In a perfect life, each system would be untainted by neurosis, wrong choices, lack, or delay. However, most of us are living imperfect lives, due to our lack of understanding and faith.
When the systems are tainted, they get a little mixed up. The Mental Body confuses elements of one system with another. Here is how the mixed-up systems look:
Love
Food Money
Wealth
Trophies Gear
Health
Beauty Validation
Fulfillment
Power Ritual
Above, you can see that the basic system at the top of the triangle can be confused by symbolic substitutes. Love is sometimes interchanged with money and food. Wealth is sometimes mistaken for trophies (such as houses, cars, and boats) and gear (computers, tools, and feminine accoutrements such as jewelry, clothes & cosmetics). Health is sometimes exchanged for idealized standards of beauty and behaviors of social validation (co-dependency, harsh self-discipline, excessive work). Fulfillment sometimes becomes substituted with power (ambition, fame, cachet, authority) and ritual (addiction, familiarity, comfort zones, routines, inertia).
2. What are we supposed to do about this?
You could safely say that we become stuck with the symbols when we lack the faith to allow the Perfect Plan to intervene in our bad choices. Otherwise, we get involved in balancing acts between the three corners of the triangles.
3. You mentioned the exchange of energy between the corners of the love triangle before. Does this have a valid expression in our lives?
Love
Food Money
In a neurotic mode, money and food symbolize paternal and maternal love to the Astral Body. This is because your mother and father always have greater meaning to you beyond just your parents.
The father also builds the bridge of independence, skill, pride of accomplishment, and provision between you and the world. If your father is not emotionally available, abusive, absent, or abandoning, you tend to compensate for that lack through making money in your adult life. A workaholic is usually doing it for the money at some level.
The mother teaches self-care, nourishment, caring for others, home arts, will to live, and primal food intake. If she is cold, abusive, absent, or abandoning, then you will tend to compensate for that lack through fixation on food. Another factor with food imbalance is nutritional deficiency. This causes hormone imbalance and aggravates the food problem. Mother issues tend to reveal themselves as a yearning for sweets. In addition, such a family lacks enough good fats and vegetables/enzymes that would prevent the craving for sweets. Their effects on the body include obesity, diabetes, heart disease, gastric infections, skin/kidney problems, and arthritis.
To focus excessively on either one is to demonstrate that there are relationship issues that you must address. We understand that there is an imbalance in the emotions here, because the person would spend too much time and energy on food intake or on income. The relationship factor (family, friendship, life mate) suffers as the neurotic pursues the other two corners.
When we realize that love is the real issue here, we can turn our energies to companionship. What makes us lovable? Being attentive, kind, gentle, respectful, validating, and present. To express those behaviors is to attract the family that one has and to bring in many friends and loved ones.
4. What’s up with the wealth triangle?
Wealth
Trophies Gear
Much fear is associated with supply and wealth. Much hope and fantasy is attached to it as well. People who are unacquainted with God’s bounty tend to equate it with the trappings of expensive property. They don’t understand that the real blessing of wealth is security and freedom. Thus many folks hemorrhage cash out of their wallets and bank accounts, because they are focusing on the visible rather than the invisible aspects of money. I have seen many high-income families living above their means. They radiate pain and worry. Their homes are chaotic hodgepodges of things that have no function or place. This negative energy creates a downward energetic spiral.
If supply is used for trophies, toys, and other fun possessions, the buyer should be aware of their emotional meaning, which is the symbology of success rather than the strength of wealth. Old money doesn’t waste energy on such things except for comfort and self-expression.
People who are gear-heads already know that it is possible to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars each year on books, fashions, equipment, and tools that can quickly become passé. Gear gives the buyer a fantasy life of how they want to be. It represents a life goal. The trick is to separate fantasy from fact; the right gear for the moment is prudent and wise. Excessive gear without a specific application often goes unused.
The solution to the neurosis is faith in abundance that comes when called—from the Divine Source in blessed ways. Have faith that the toys and gear come at the right time. Most of the time, you won’t even have to pay for them. They come as miracles and gifts. The correct wealth attitude is generosity, kindness, goal setting, living far within the current means, and certainty that money is easy to come by.
5. How does the health triangle work?
Health
Beauty Validation
Very often, our health suffers because of our society. Our bodies are at the mercy of our capacity to nourish, listen, and honor the animal form that we inhabit for this incarnation. We often abuse our bodies in pursuit of some emotional gratification, such as getting a job accomplished or controlling the shape that we decide the body should take. Our house pets get better food, sleep, and caresses.
Beauty in its modern form is often confused with real strength and health. Often we mutilate, drug, and malnourish our bodies in pursuit of the shape we think it should have. We dress it in uncomfortable clothing. We force it into positions with weird shoes and sports equipment. Then we take for granted that osteoporosis and allergies belong to our lives. Well, they don’t. They are the results of malnutrition.
The body gets ridden pretty hard when we exploit it for work or for performance. We try to improve our opinions of ourselves by driving our bodies to their limits of endurance, pain, sleeplessness, and burdening. We do this in the name of the opinions of our peers and in valuing ourselves for what we do rather than what we are. Back problems are the result of no healing/sleep time and no correct movement of the body.
The answer lies in the art of paying attention. The body has wisdom deeper than society. The Solar Plexus can tell you when you should stand down and take a respite. The immune system should not become so depleted that you catch every little thing that touches you. Rest, quiet, and regular hours are your body’s best friend, along with the correct balance of nutrients.
6. How does fulfillment get worked on energetically here?
Fulfillment
Power Ritual
When our childhood interests become lost through family demands or lack of resources, we often substitute other points of focus for what could make life a joy.
Some become obsessed by influence, power, authority, and title. They hang their self-esteem on acquiring these things. Inside, their peaceful natures hide in repression. Happiness and fun don’t have a lot of time in their lives. So these folks usually get the cancer. They can reverse the problem through self-exploration.
Less adventurous lost souls will hide behind addiction and routine. They make choices that are most familiar and/or drop out. Fear keeps them here, but anger can sometimes help them out.
The answer to this challenge is to accept the unique solitary path of each happy life. It is alone in expression, but always full of interesting people who can help, validate, and companion someone who has learned what gives joy and energy.
7. Draw or describe one of your helpers.
