Being Mental
Lecture based Questions:
1. What does the Mental Body look like?
It is made in the image of the Adonai. Each Soul creates its own Mental Body. No matter which gender we are experiencing in this incarnation, the Mental Body remains constant to its native polarity. The self-image is synonymous with the Mental Body’s appearance. That’s why it can be such a surprise to see your physical reflection in the mirror! As your mental discipline and ability to focus your mind increases, so does the beauty and solidity of your Mental Body.
What is it made of?
All things in the fifth dimension are made of Menton particles.
2. Meditation on the Mental Body: The Golden Thread
•Sitting comfortably so that your body does not distract you, focus your attention on the Heart Chakra.
•Imagine that a strong, sparkling, golden filament is extending from your Heart Chakra. It goes upward far into the heights of the beyond.
•Pretend that a tiny Swiss-style cable car is attached to the filament. Make yourself very small and get into the gondola.
•The gondola rises up the golden cable. Look out the window and you can see that it passes through billowing mists, then tantalizing landscapes of great beauty and majesty.
•The cable car stops, and you get out. Your Mental Body counterpart eagerly waits for you at the platform.
•You hold hands and have a lovely visit.
•Return when you are ready.
How did you perceive your Mental Body when you observed it?
3. What is the easiest way to connect consciousness with the Mental Body? Why is this important?
Meditation is the easiest way to align the physical brain with the Mental Body. This does not need to be a holy ritual of spiritual and religious protocol. A meditation can be any activity that has rhythm and requires the mind to focus. For example, it can be knitting, computer games, putting on make-up, sewing, batting practice, yoga, or mantram. Any of these types of practices increase alpha brain waves.
4. Which chakra correlates to the Mental Body?
The Heart Chakra. Consequently, this is where the healer would attend to clean out repressed memories.
5. Scrying Exercise: Group Reading of I Ching
The I Ching has been described as a 5,000 year old collective mind (by Philip K. Dick). It was first brought to use by legendary Emperor Fu Hsi, who is also credited with innovations in cooking, agriculture, and many aspects of civilization. He is also thought by some to correlate to the Hebrew Adam. His son the Duke of Chou and the philosopher Confucius also contributed considerably to the oracle, which can advise on proper behavior, and teach metaphysics and time travel.
Every I Ching book has instructions for simple use. We are concerned with the living entity itself, which serves the Spirit of Truth and Wisdom.
6. Why and how does this work? What would be the most appropriate use of this technique?
The Spirit of Truth will find you no matter where you look. When you use yarrow stalks or throw the copper coins (harmonious with the electric field of the body), the subconscious mind attunes to the flipping of the sides and keys into the correct combination.
7. Draw or describe one of your helpers.
You have hundreds of helpers. Remember one of them.

It’s Just on the Tip of My Tongue
The concept of humanness begins with the Mental Body and the subsequent Mental World that we have fabricated. Here reside the accomplishments, the awards, the monuments, the temples, and the memories that define us as personalities and individuals. The lower realms of the Mental World are fraught with illusion (as are all of the lower worlds). It is here that discipline, truth, focus, and knowledge reach their actual depth of meaning. The enemies of reality are assuming things to be a certain way, desire for a condition to occur, and careless thinking.
Also called the fifth dimension, the Newtonian laws of time, space, and relativity do not apply here. To think is to be, and to create through thought is an instantaneous process. Negative thoughts surround the thinker’s aura and announce their nature through ugliness, dark colors, and foul odors. Uplifted thoughts are also evident though their beauty, harmonious colors, and perfume. Nothing is hidden here, and experience is only limited by one’s mental training.
The Mental Body and its aura begin existence when the seed atom for Soulic development gathers mental energy around itself. The spinning layers of atoms fall into place and shape until the Mental Body is complete. The vehicle is based on the Divine Archetype for perfected self that the Soul and the Kindel Archangel have created together. It resembles a person not in the beginning, but through experience in human incarnation. A virgin Mental Body—that has not yet received the experiences of human life—will create a shape and features similar to the citizens of the Mental World that he or she contacts.
The Mental Self is always attending to studies or schooling in one form or another. It is pursuing skill in mental clarity, focus, and reality. The ultimate goal is to understand the relationships between the transitory worlds (astral and physical) in proportion to the perspective of the eternal realms of life and Light. Through knowledge of metaphysical laws, one attains access to spiritual worlds that are beyond beginning and end, birth and death.
Besides the academies and tutors that abound in the higher mental worlds, the Mental Self learns practical application of his or her knowledge by trying to influence the physical body during incarnations. The more mature a Mental Body becomes, the greater its abilities to influence the flows of Light that inhabit the universe.
We receive information from our Mental Bodies when thought-forms have sunk from the Mental World into the Astral Plane and begin to influence our hormonal systems. Also, when we meditate and practice mental disciplines with regularity, we can access the Mental Body much more quickly and easily than if we have careless minds. The time lag for an archetype entering the physical mind from the Mental World is generally six months to a year. When we dream yet cannot remember the particulars, when we receive an impression from our Helpers yet cannot verbalize the idea, it is still an archetype on the Mental Level and has not yet sifted down to physical comprehension.
This is an appropriate time to address the issue of intelligence, or IQ levels. The physical mental capacity of a human body is purely karmic, based on the Soul’s need to learn and adapt to various conditions in life. Following are some of the spiritual causes for intelligence or the lack of it.
1. A person who has been impatient with less intelligent people has already set his or her own doom: he or she will experience mental slowness and all the social problems that accompany it. This is an energy backlash to the negative energy expressed through criticism. This loss of intelligence may occur in the same lifetime through brain damage, or in the next incarnation through genetic conditions or birth trauma.
2. Jesus said “Anyone who says, ‘you fool!’ is in danger of hellfire.” —Matthew 5:22. This metaphysical law also applies to self-denigration. When we call someone else an idiot (or the equivalent), we create an energy backlash that will manifest in our own idiocy. Or, if we verbally lash ourselves and say something such as “I’m stupid,” the Astral Body will obey the command and create brain conditions that lead to stupidity of a real nature. Every blessing that we give another blesses us in turn. Every curse we send out returns to us threefold.
3. Affirming that you are increasing intelligence and admiring and encouraging intelligence in others will enhance what you already have. Engaging in learning activities also creates positive energy that will bring in greater intelligence karma. Participating in a regular mental discipline, such as meditation, puzzle-solving, and active imagination will also attract the energies that enhance intelligence. It will also attract people who can stimulate you to higher levels of thinking.
All gifts and talents are tests of character. A high intelligence is a test of patience, humility, discipline, and teachability.
The Mental Consciousness can look in on the events of the physical life from time to time, but it is mainly occupied in its own pursuits. It is aware of what its physical counterpart is experiencing, but is not immersed in the mundane life the way our physical minds are. We can more closely interact with our Mental bodies through visualizing the golden threads that reach down to us and connect the physical and Mental bodies. We can see the mental archetypes and access their information through meditation.
In physical life, we are striving to integrate the Mental Body with the physical consciousness so that all information can be easily accessible, and so that higher messages (from Angelic and other helpers) can get through to us sooner, avoiding possible misadventures. When we focus on expressing truth, we are less susceptible to illusion and deception. When we train what intelligence we have with learning and meditation and focus, we create positive energy for ourselves and for this world. It is through access to the Mental Body that psychics retrieve their information which boggles and amazes others.
Let the Veil be rent and discarded.
Let Illusion now fade and be gone.
Let the Truth come to all simple-hearted.
Let the Truth be the law from now on.
And the Light, it surrounds us,
Lives through us, and crowns us.
And the Light will prevail
As we look past the Veil.
In the Light
Of the Light
For the Light.
