No Thursday games - this is a scheduled bye week for HS & MS! We will have a practice on Thursday since there are no games.
No Saturday Tournament - we do not have enough girls to field a team at the Lone Peak Invite, so we will not be participating. Practice Saturday morning. I also recommend going to pickup after practice if you can. It will really help your game.

We will talk about how to break down these defenses and teach players how to play the various roles in each. You'll learn how to teach players to talk from the sideline and decide when each defense should be used.
Krakens tournament results:
Great work to our 2 HS teams on Saturday! It was awesome to have some many players there. We played some tough, tough games, with CHA playing LPX, LPY, Krakens A, and Bingham. CHB played Krakens B and LPD and were combined with CHA for the last 2 games. Both teams got 1 win. Congrats!
Looking forward:
We are looking at a mini-tournament in the morning on Saturday, 10/5 (in 2 weeks). That's LDS conference day, but we would be done about noon. It would be in Sandy most likely with Jordan HS, Skyline, and Judge. Combined CHA/CHB team. I would consider MS players who want to play as well, case by case, depending on the number of HS players interested - but there is also discussion of a small MS tournament within the next few weeks as well. I'll let you know as soon as I find out. There would be no gender matching requirement.
Next weeks games are at 4pm. CHA will be at Riverside Park vs Judge in SLC. CHB is scheduled to play Lehi, who has dropped out. Let's go support the A Team! Or you're welcome to have a CHB only practice. It's up to you. CHUMS are in Alpine at Timberline MS vs LPY.
