Spring Open League 2024 Games Wednesdays starting Mar 13.

CH will be entering a D2 7v7 team. We are looking at a combined CH/Bingham D3 team for new / younger players. The Bingham girls team has welcomed our girls to play with them, since we only have a couple of girls.

High school players, please register at the above site as soon as you can for the high school league.

MIddle School players are encouraged to participated in the middle school league at Riverside Park. MIddle school players who are feeling particularly ambitious are welcome to try out for the high school team as well. Registration is separate from the Utah HS registration.

Tryouts: We-Th 3/6-7, 5p and, if necessary, 3/9 8:30a @ Park Village Park

Practice: Mo, Th, 5p, Park Village Park. Sa 8:30a, Skye Park

• Salt Lake & Davis Middle School League Start - March 21

• Utah Wild Kickoff Hat Tournament - March 23

• Salt Lake County Rec Spring League - Thursdays starting Apr 11 - Age 16+. These games will be on the county's new artificial turf fields behind the Murray Ice Center. Until the turf is ready, games will be at Taylorsville Rec Center. Requires separate registration from UUDA or ultimateplay at the link above.

• Lone Peak Invite - April 19-20

• Daweena - April 26-27

• High School & Middle School State Championship - May 10-11

• Swarm Tryouts - May 15 & 18

I will be registering the team in the Daweena and the State tournaments. If you want to enter any of the other tournaments, please message me and let me know as soon as possible.

• Weekly practices:

  • Saturdays, 8:30a @Skye Park.

  • Mondays, Thursdays, 5p @Park Village Park.

• Opportunities for practice outside of CHills team practice:

  • Saturdays, 10a Sugarhouse Park pickup. Some team members have been participating in this pickup this season. It's an excellent opportunity to really improve your game, as this is high-level ultimate. Club, and sometimes pro players join the game here.   •  Lunchtime pickup every weekday in South Jordan & M-Th @ Riverside Park. Contact coach for an invite to the website for these games. As the weather gets colder, the South Jordan game will move indoors to the Sports City indoor soccer fields.

  • Sunday afternoon goaltimate. High-level goaltimate (half-court ultimate) every Sunday afternoon. Excellent practice!!!

  • SL Shred events. SL Shred have historically hosted several events such as 5v5 tournaments and preseason workouts in the fall & winter as they prepare for the upcoming season. Join this groupme group if you are interested.
