Thursday 9/19 Games
CHUMS 4:30p @ Monticello Academy in West Valley. https://utahultimate.org/t/ultimate-chills-ms. Please contact the email list (chdisc@googlegroups.com) or groupme (https://groupme.com/join_group/27489357/APRdYS)
CHB 4p @ Elk Ridge Middle School (9800s Bangerter Highway). HS Players are meeting after school (2:30p) near the relocatable classrooms to carpool. https://utahultimate.org/t/chills-mixed-b
CHA No game. We were scheduled to play Lehi, but they don't have enough players so they had to drop out of the league. CHA girls and Josh and Hayden, please play with the B Team. The rest of the A Team boys: come cheer on our teams - let's show some spirit!
Saturday 9/21 Tournament
Krakens Mixed Tournament @ SL County Equestrian Park, 11400s 2100w . Meet at Park Village Park at 8am to carpool. The tournament will run 9-3:30. Each team has 4 games at 9, 10:45, 12:30 and 2:15. Details are below.
Both HS teams (CHA & CHB) are entered into this tournament. So please, please be there if at all possible - all HS players are needed! I am planning on everyone being there, and your team is counting on you, so please let me know if you *cannot* make it. See the detailed schedule as well as the tournament packet (pdf download) below.
Bring lots of water, footwear with good traction, and a white and dark shirt. I hope you guys are super excited!
One team has to leave early, so they will have uneven (13) teams after noon. I have suggested to the TD that we could combine CHA & CHB for the afternoon games since Emma has to leave so that there are an even number of teams. This is happening. See schedule below.
No practice Saturday for MS or HS. Come support our teams in their games at the equestrian park!

Krakens B2 and Copper Hills B have indicated that they won't have enough girls to play in the afternoon. I've revised the schedule to reflect the loss of those teams. Sorry to Westlake for taking back your early departure. Players whose teams are dissolving are welcome to catch on with another team.
Thanks to everyone who came and participated in the games Wednesday and Thursday! CHA-B combined team played a good scrimmage vs Jordan HS Wednesday but ultimately lost 13-8. Not too bad considering we played a 4:3 gender ratio most of the game while Jordan HS played 6:1 or 7:0 (they only have 1 girl, which is why they aren't in the league). Ben didn't play (until Jordan already had 12 points). Thursday CHB put up a great fight against Bingham (A), losing 9-5. Congrats to CHUMS for scoring a win over Monticello, 8-5. Great job teams!
