Uniform Order

Remember that uniforms are optional. You can bring a white shirt and a dark (preferably navy blue or black) shirt to games, and that is perfectly acceptable. The team also has a few loaner uniforms that you can borrow on a per-game basis. But the price for our uniforms is very reasonable, and players almost always opt to buy their own uniform. You can save $5 by buying your uniform without name & number, but almost everyone opts to get name and number.

I just heard back from Game Day Promos. I confirmed that we are still able to get uniforms at the $35 price.

Some of you put your first name down as the name you wanted on your uniform. That's fine, but most players get their last name on the back of the jersey. So if you want to change it to your last name, message me and let me know. If your name is not in the list below but you want a uniform, just send me the info below.

Please get me your payment ASAP - cash, check (made out to Rich Wilcox, CHHS frisbee coach), or paypal (to ultimatechills@gmail.com). I will not order you a uniform without payment. We won't order again until February. I need to get your requested # and/or sizes from most of you. If info is missing below or you want changes or you don't want to order a uniform, please message me (coach) on groupme or to ultimatechills@gmail.com . Orders will be sent in on Monday, September 25.
