Wines:

Wild Horse '05 Negrette Calleri Vineyard, Cienega Valley

A trio of older wines from Jym's "cellar":

#1 Gundlach-Bundschu '95 Cabernet Sauvignon Sonoma Valley

#2 Bartholomew Park '95 Pinot Noir Sonoma Valley

#3 Pepperwood Springs '93 Pinot Noir Anderson Valley

Blind-tasting notes for older wines:

#1 John: No aromas, some fruit, tannin masks finish

Dennis: Potable

Chuck: Drinkable but color and nose poor

Nat: Potable, not much nose, a little tired, but ok with food, a zin?

In fact, only about 1/3 of this bottle was consumed, the rest was later dumped.

#2 John: Some fruit in nose, nice fruit on palate, cherry, tannic, finish sweet

Dennis: Color suspect, taste thin but potable

Chuck: Same -1

Nat: Tastes good, color bad, but fair nose and pleasant taste, good varietal character, some sort of syrah?

#3 John: Very light color brown, not much nose, subtle flavor, sweet, chewy

Dennis: Thin, no character

Chuck: Colorless -2

Nat: Light color, nice nose, decent flavor, pretty good, a pinot?

About 1/4th of this bottle left over. Next day it was undrinkable.

With dessert: Latcham Vineyards '95 Select Port El Dorodo Co.
