CADS 17th Meeting

This meeting took place in the middle of the Clendenin kitchen remodel. Consequently all the food preparation was done in the Guerrilla Kitchen section of the Clendenin Gourmet Garage.

The weather being almost warm, the meeting was held on the deck under the gaze of two radiative heat lamps.

The Bodega Goat Cheese (specially purchased from the artisan cheese-maker for CADS at the Sebastopol Farmer's Market) with Serrano chili (supposedly 5x hotter than jalapeno), was praised by some and rejected by others. Fortunately for the latter a "plain" version was available.

John shared some marvelous photos of African wildlife on his iPAD taken on his recent trip to Botswana and environs.
