The 14th meeting was held at Dennis' home in the middle of an unusually warm spell in the month of January. We first gathered in the living room for a leisurely tasting of 4 olive oils. Having properly coated our stomachs, we then descended on the dining room. The first photo shows not only the delicious scallop appetizer, but also the artichokes (steamed in vinegar and water). For the main course, from Heck and Hell, we followed Dennis into the kitchen and made our choices. And finally, a real treat, Ollaliberry Crepes Flambe make by Denis from scratch.
