Landscape

The subject of this image the landscape, and the setting is outside my house. I chose to create this photo because I thought it was unique and snow is pretty. This project evolved by me cropping it, clone stamping some trees, and playing with the lighting of it. Composition rules of this photo are informal balance and angle up. Informal balance is because nothing is centered, and angle up is because the photo was taken low and close to the ground. The story behind this photo is that snow is a very powerful thing when it comes, it covers the flaws of the landscape and also it still keeps the curves. One thing I would change about this photo is the side of the house in the corner, I tried cropping it out, but it wouldn't work how I wanted it to.
