Well…most of my clients same the same thing…unfortunately I hear this allot…our last home sold in 48 hours $10,000 over asking! Presentation & Marketing is everything is this hot housing market…wouldn’t you agree?
As I said my wife and I are a Professional Real Estate Team, we do this FULL TIME & this is exactly why we specialize in homes that didn’t sell the first time with the first agent… typically if a home doesn’t sell, we find there was a lack of exposure for the property… we do all professional photos, video commercials & paid advertising… which makes all the difference….
It really takes allot to stand out from the crowd & we have a very specific proactive marketing program that works…the big difference is being Proactive vs Reactive…we are proactive & most agents are still reactive…or just waiting for something to happen. Are you familiar with Proactive marketing?
Did you know most agents follow the 3P’s of real estate when trying to see your house…are you familiar with the 3P’s? No?
Put a sign in the yard, Put the property in MLS, and Pray is sells and in this day and age you just can’t do that anymore…there is a ton of competition out there & if you don’t stand out the house won’t sell, as in this case…Make sense?
