Your Leads - Warm and Hot active clients
Nurtures - leads that with work will eventually become a client

You are going to want to make sure your contacts are in the appropriate Stages with proper tags. This will help you sort and filter your contacts
Stage options-
Sphere - Past clients, friends, family, influential people: people sending you leads
Tag with - SOI A, SOI B or SOI C - Past client can be utilized as well in combination with any of these
Lead Stages:
Actively Searching - current Hot Buyers
Casually Searching - Warm Buyers
Nurture - 6+ months
Tags are groups or information you would like to use to filter your Stages - Please do not add Tags to the system . There are plenty of tags available
Directions for using import file - Please download the attached Follow up boss import file excel sheet to your computer and then upload into google drive to fill in your database. Once it is complete please download as a CSV prior to pulling into FUB
