Punctuality: The call will start @ 6:30 AM EST and end @ 7:00AM EST. We encourage all participants to join the call promptly to maximize everyone's time.
Respect: Treat all participants with respect and courtesy. We encourage active listening and avoiding interrupting others while they're speaking.
Confidentiality: Sensitive information may be discussed during the call and should remain confidential. This helps build trust within the group. Brokerage names, agent names, client names and exact pricing details should never be shared.
Participation: We encourage active participation from all members. Ensure everyone has the opportunity to speak or contribute their insights. One Speaker at a Time: To avoid confusion, the host will designate one person to speak at a time. Please use a "raise hand" feature if you have a topic to contribute.
Constructive Criticism: If feedback or criticism is necessary, please ensure it is constructive and focuses on solutions rather than blame. Rude, inappropriate or derogatory comments will not be allowed at any time.
Technology Etiquette: We advise participants to mute their microphones when not speaking to reduce
background noise. We also recommend the use of video for a more engaging discussion.
Be Prepared: Participants are encouraged to come prepared with any information or updates they wish to
share during the call. This will help keep the discussion efficient.
Adaptability: We ask that all participants be open to us adjusting the rules as needed to accommodate
evolving circumstances or changing dynamics within the group.
