Set up a private showing (for yourself there will not be a buyer coming with you) for each of the following types of properties (multi family, single family, condo, land)
Set up yourself in PlanetRE as a client with an E-Alert and Drip Campaign. Pick any search criteria you want
Take the “Writing an offer” training under “Working with Buyers” in Rovi U. Then pick a property that is currently listed and write the following 5 offers on it and have your mentor review the offers:
VA offer with a home sale contingency
FHA offer 5,000 in closing costs
Conventional offer with an escalation clause and waiving inspections (don’t forget buyer would need to sign an inspection waiver for this)
Cash offer
Pick a 3 family property and write a conventional offer where we would like the 3rd floor tenant to remain and the 1st and 2nd floor to be vacant
Take the “Home Inspection” training under “Working with Buyers” in Rovi U then shadow your Mentor/another agent on 2 Home Inspections
Write a repair request based on the inspection report in drive for:

Sample WDI (wood destroying Insect) - Ask for these repairs too
Shadow someone on 2 final walkthroughs
Optional - Once you have shadowed on showings and inspections ask to start doing them for your mentor or others in the office. We pay $15/hr to cover for these activities. The best way to learn is on the job, get out there and do it!
