Most Common Scenario: Agent A meets a new lead. When they try to add the lead to Follow Up Boss they are given a warning advising that the lead exists in another agent's account (initial agent) and you will be given the name of that initial agent.
Agent A can still click “Add duplicate person” and add the lead to their FUB account. However, if the initial agent already has a stars account setup for the lead, Agent A will not be able to create a stars account and therefore would not be able to set up listing alerts via ylopo (There can only be one stars link per email address).
In the event of the aforementioned scenario, Agent A should email support@rovihomes.com or RSL with the Exclusive Buyer's Agreement if one is secured with the buyer
The Lead will then be given to the Agent who first secured an Exclusive Buyer's Agreement
Support will be contacting the initial agent to see if an Exclusive Buyer's Agreement was already secured by him/her
Should both agents already have secured an Exclusive Buyer's Agreement, the leads will be assigned to the agent with a longer commitment to the buyer
Should the situation escalate any further ROVI Homes staff will then intervene and review the situation, potentially call both agents, and then make a final decision on whether or not the lead will be transferred.
Leads that are another ROVI agent's PAST CLIENT
If a lead comes in as a duplicate and they are a past client of another agent ( tagged in FUB) said agent should be notified that their client is currently looking at properties.
Leads that are duplicate from another lead source ie: open house
No communication in the past 90 days - the stars link will be transferred to the last agent in contact
Engagement in the last 90 days - The agent to produce an Exclusive Buyers agent agreement will be assigned the stars link .
