As a general rule of thumb we would like you to handle support issues as follows:

CALL - If it’s an answer you need in the next 5 minutes (urgent questions only call the ROVI Support Hotline below)

EMAIL (Monday through Friday) - If it’s something that can wait 24hrs please email support@rovihomes.com
