All documents outlined below should be Fully Executed and put into your Planetre account once you get them signed.
Agency Disclosure (Required at first personal meeting--Designated version)
Exclusive Right to List w/ Consent to Designated and Dual (Required)
ROVI Required Disclosure (Company Level)
Consent to electronic signature (Unless Client will physically sign all docs)
Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure- Agent/Team Level (Required if you have
partnerships with your own vendors)
Lead Paint Packet with signature page (Required if built prior to 1978)
Deferral of Showings Form for MA (Required if you are deferring showings from the start of the
listing period until the open house)
Delayed Listing Form (Rarely used - This is used when the seller would like the listing to be
withheld from MLS for a period of time after the listing is live. If I sign with a client on 4/15
and the listing period is May 1 to November 1 I DO NOT need a delayed listing form signed. I
would only need it if in that scenario the seller wanted the listing to appear in the MLS on lets say
June 1)
Non-MLS Listing Form (Required if client doesn’t want listing on MLS)
