Boost week is over now what?

Complete these tasks and make sure they are turned into Coach/KB

• Zillow 101 & 201 - email confirmation email to class Instructor

• Offer and CMA - Turned on and reviewed by Instructor

• Schedule - Turned on and reviewed by Instructor

• ALM and Buyer objection certifications

• Goal Sheet - Turn in to Class Instructor 

• Boost Quiz

• Boost Checklist - Turned on and reviewed by Instructor

What else should you be doing?

• Attend the script trainings 

  • M,T,TH 9-10a, T 6-7p Friday 9-10a (kwk)(MUST attend at least 2x weekly and at least 1 hour of KWK)

• Attend team meetings and training

• Call Leads in the dumping ground

• Start implementing your new routine, Morning routine, Prospecting routine, Personal time, Evening routine. 

• Complete all orbit training within 60 Days or leads may be paused

DURING this time Coach/KB is your main point of contact

YAY, LEADS are on- Now what?

• Your Mentor is now your main point of contact for deal / lead related questions through your first 5 deals. 

• Stick to YOUR schedule- Time block prospecting, meetings, appointments, (if its not in the schedule it doesn't exist)

• Keep your leads updated PROPERLY in FUB and Zillow get in the habit of doing this every day or at a set time in your schedule so you don't get overwhelmed.  Reference follow up doc

• Attend Script training/team meetings(mandatory) as well as training events

• Follow chat to find shadowing opportunities

• Take advantage of available time to work in the office - It is proven that agents that show up to the office daily are more successful

• Keep working on Orbit modules - You have 60 days from onboard to complete

• First  5 deals-Mentor to review all offers, repair request before they are sent to list agent-any deal that faces termination must be discussed with mentor/coach/Team leader to see if there is a solution to save the deal before terminations/Release of deposits are signed.

As you begin setting appointments, going on showings and working with clients:
