Luxvt.com specializes in marketing high end luxury homes. As an agent you pay a small fee upfront ($149) to use their services and then an additional fee of $600 (properties 750K and under) and $1,000 (properties over 750K) at closing and only if it closes.

LuxVT Timeline

Once the order is submitted, you will receive your Agent Dashboard on the same date. Tours, branded, non-branded and Youtube videos is sent in 2-3 business days
Within 3-4 business days all Ads should be up and running. After 7-10 business days you will receive the media kit which includes all of the ad and video links
The International Ads are up typically within 1 week, however the LuxVT admin has to go through and harvest the links. They are sent out automatically. I will be in touch throughout the process
Also, please keep in mind that LuxVT is not connected to MLS. Please contact LuxVT with any changes
We typically check in every 30-45 days just to see if there are any updates, changes or anything else we can assist you with.

Best Practices for Your LUXVT Marketing Materials

1. You will receive your tour links in 2-3 business days. You will receive a Branded, Non-Branded and Youtube video.

You can plug the Non-Branded video link into your MLS if it is compatible. If someone on the MLS clicks to view it, it will appear on your activity report.
If you have your own Youtube channel, we can provide the MP4 version of the video for you to upload.
When you're hosting Broker Opens or Open Houses, we recommend playing the video on a loop while people are walking through viewing the property - on a screen if possible
If you're doing a print campaign, our Minibooks are a great asset that buyers can take with them as a stylish reminder of what set this property apart from others they've viewed

2. Your Ads will start to place within 2-3 business days. If you have an anxious seller you can always check directly on the sites of the Ads or contact me to see which ones are up to forward to the seller.

LuxVT recommends that you drip the information to the seller. It's helpful to create a template to send to the seller to notify them that you have just posted a new Ad. This way, you can just copy and post each ad link.
You will receive your international Ads within 10 days. You can also share these ad links periodically.
Take the Ads and repost on your social media weekly or biweekly, however you see fit. Keeping the listing active in the mind of the seller is key.

3. You will receive your media kit within 7-10 business days.

Once you have dripped the ads to your seller, don't forget about this piece made specifically for them. Forward the media kit to your seller. IE: "Here is a great way to keep track of what I am doing to get your listing sold!" They can view their property at anytime.
Use the media kit when you go to listing appointments! This is a great tool when going after new listings. Show new clients all you offer to go above and beyond in the marketing of their home.
