• Ensures employees and licensees act in compliance with the real estate commission's license laws and rules as well as other applicable laws at the federal, state, county, and city level.

• In absence of Broker handles disputes with other brokers, outside agents and out agents

• In absence of Broker handles disputes with the clients of ROVI Homes agents. 

• Oversees the entirety of the ROVI Homes training platform, Agent Launch. 

• Responsible for the continued development of Agent Launch and implementation of any and all new training/education programs. 

• Total oversight of ROVI Homes Leadership, and general oversight of the ROVI Homes

SUPPORT TEAM

• Oversees the Monthly Events and Giveaways

• Responsible for maintaining relationships with ROVI Cares Partners
