1. FB HAPPY BIRTHDAYS- Go to facebook and see who has happy birthdays today for all your friends, not just A & B list. Wish them a happy birthday and send an image with it.
2. FB POST ENGAGEMENTS- Go to your A and B lists you made on Facebook( Friend Lists) and interact, comment, post. 3 interactions per day minimum. ENGAGE DAILY w/ people.
3. LIFE EVENTS- Go to your FB.....A only list and look for any life events( anniversary, career, kids, bdays, ect). Use a picture from their facebook and send them a card from

4. ADD FRIENDS on FB- Add 5 Friends you know on facebook each day. Facebook will suggests friends to you that you may know. Add these suggestions if you know them which will trigger more suggestions from FB or search for people on your own.
5. OPTIONAL- Go the extra mile and add 3-5 followers on Insta & LinkedIn. Also, add real estate agents on Facebook and linkedin. Realtors are great to have as friends for 2 reasons....
- They list all their homes on Facebook and you will see listings you may have missed
- When you get a listing, you will want realtors as friends to see your listing.

2. COFFEE, LUNCH, COCKTAIL -Take total number of SOI Group A. Divide by 52. That's the number of meetings per week. Maximum 2 per week, 1 preferred. You need to make this EFFICIENT or it will be a time suck! Make meetings near other meetings and back to back. Combine it with fun on the weekends to catch up with friends. Use this only for your SOI A List and schedule in ADVANCE ( 1-3 weeks out). RELATIONSHIPS = BUSINESS
3. CLOSING GIFTS What closings do you have coming up this week? Plan in the calendar to deliver or send gifts timely.

4. POST CLOSING CHECKLIST - Use the email your TC sends to you in order to close out your deal and client. Make sure all your past clients are in spreadsheets and added to your FUB groups.

5. NETWORKING EVENT - Schedule ONE business networking event to go to for the month or sign up for a group of some sort that you can do once a month w/ friends or people you haven't seen for a while. This could be sports, hobbies, groups.... basically anything to talk to a LARGE number of people.

BNI, Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Club, RHAGS( landlords.net), Western Mass Real Estate Investors, YPN( northampton area). Look on MASSLIVE, EventBrite, Meetup.com. Events are everywhere. Try to find one you like, that you can talk and get business, meet people, and have fun and/or get out of your element and challenge yourself. Anyone know of any good events or groups? .....please share.

QUARTERLY MAILER - Optional for agents. Magnets, magazines or postcards. Send to SOI A List only.
1. John recommends American Lifestyle Magazine or House of Magnets for magnets w/ sports schedules, ect. Magnets stay on fridges for a while so they are a good mailer. People love the American Lifestyle magazine. It will sit in their living room or bathroom for a while as well. About $4 per magazine.
OR do something fun, cheap and creative but it's good to try and mix up some hard mail to get into hands with all the other touches your SOI is getting.
** Good times to mail would be March 1st, June 1st, September 1st. or if you are sending sports magnets, send out before the season begins.
Note: We will be sending holiday cards for our mailer in December.

Become a connector. Get to know people in your community, build relationships with them, then refer them! You want to be the person that your sphere thinks to call as a resource. Ie I should call Steve, Im sure he has a guy for x (tree work, landscaping, window cleaning, surveying etc)
