If one of your listing transactions falls apart, here are some Back on Market strategies to get it under again!
1. Call back all agents that had an offer in and see if their clients are still interested.
2. Check showing time for agents that showed it but didn’t have an offer and call them.
3. Send reverse prospecting email via MLS.
4. Call top agents that have a match in MLS.
5. Send email to support@rovihomes.com asking for a list of our agents and their matching clients.
You will need to include the following information in the email
6. If the property made it through inspections, but fell apart at financing add the following language to the MLS public remarks “transaction fell apart due to buyer’s inability to get financing not inspections”. Additionally if the property appraised note that in the remarks as well
7. Do a price reduction.
8. Offer to pay closing costs.
9. Offer agent incentives for getting the property back under Ie $1,000 agent bonus if property closes by X date.
10. Offer up the inspection report to agents who write an offer "inspection report available with offer".
