What to do if your Phone is Marked as Spam

A couple team members have had clients tell them their FUB or Cell came up as SPAM, if this happens, please submit this form which clears that SPAM blocker from the carrier's system, this is extremely important to improve pick up rates…😎👍

It is suggested to run it on both phone numbers regardless!

To clear that flag from your number, please go to https://www.freecallerregistry.com/fcr/#submitform and fill out the form.
Once you submit that form, the carriers will review it and reset the Spam label for any numbers that were flagged. Each carrier's spam provider will email you as they respond to your form. It's worth noting that numbers can be flagged as spam again after being cleared, so be sure you are following our calling and texting best practices to avoid being flagged as spam again.
