How do I reserve the truck?

What is the time limit for truck usage?
ONE DAY RENTALS ONLY between the hours of 9:30am - 9pm . No consecutive days
allowed unless the agent gets authorization from COO, and definitely no overnights!
Who will sign out/sign in the truck?
M-F the truck will be signed out by the Agawam office admin. They must pick it up between 9:00AM & 4:00PM. It will be up to the client if they want to sign the truck back in during the admin’s office hours. Otherwise they need to use the key drop box. If the client needs the truck earlier in the day, it is the responsibility of the AGENT to meet the client .
Saturday & Sunday it will be the agents responsibility to sign out the truck - See training
video. Agent can meet the client back for drop off, or client can use dropbox. Be sure to have
client send you photos of truck so we can be sure there is no damage incase of overnight
vandalism.
Moving Truck Sign-Out Steps:
Fill out Truck Rental Agreement which you can find at the front desk
Saturday and Sunday will be labeled each week
White and yellow copies are for ROVI. Pink copy goes to the client
Required areas will be highlighted. Please make sure to fill out all highlighted areas
Clients must return the truck with a full tank of gas.
Failure to do so will result in you (the agent) getting charged ○ Gas tank is located on the driver’s side door. Visible once door is opened
Truck takes regular gas
Make sure to note any damage to the truck and remind the client to take photos before they leave and when they return
Truck needs to be returned free of debris!
Truck needs to be returned by 9pm
Key should be left in the GREY lock box labeled “Truck Key Return”
The lock box key will be hanging up behind the front desk. Make sure to hang that key back up when finished!
What is the Comprehensive/Collision Damage Waiver?
The client is responsible for all damages resulting from insufficient height or width clearances, and the first $2,500 of any other loss or damage. If the client feels that $2,500 is too much, they have the option to purchase the CDW waiver. This will reduce the amount the client is responsible for.
$0 = $2,500
$10 = $2,000
$15 = $1,500
$20 = $1,000
What documents does the client have to provide/sign to use the truck?
Copy of driver's license (Verify they are 21 or older) --needs to be uploaded thru link
Copy of auto insurance card --needs to be uploaded thru link
Sign truck rental agreement
Sign safety qualification record in which notes the current condition of the vehicle.
Who will the client need to call if they get a flat tire or break down?
Contact roadside assistance with Ford 800-241-3673
Who will the client call if they are involved in an accident?
Call Fleet Response at 1-800-338-0619 at the scene if possible or within 24 hours after the incident.
What are the fuel rules?
The truck must be returned with a full tank of gas otherwise the client will be charged.
What if the client damages the truck?
We will file a claim with the client’s insurance. Anything less than $1,000 would be up to the client to repair.
What if the client wants to have moving blankets
The client can order WEN 272406 72-Inch by 40-Inch Heavy Duty Padded Moving Blankets, from Harbor Freight Tools
What size is the truck?
The box is 14’ long, 7’ 3” wide and 6’ 5” high. Cab is standard Ford E350
