Dotloop to Transaction Plan/Darwin Inaccuracies

1. Properties Showing Pending, but Not Actually Pending 

• Dead not pending - When a deal dies TC must notify Alvin to remove it from Transaction Plan/Darwin.  If this doesn't happen it will still show as pending.

• Closed not pending - If  we have not received the commission check or the agent has not been paid yet, the file will still show as pending. 

2. Properties completely Missing from Transaction Plan/Darwin

• Agents Email in Transaction Plan/Darwin account does not match their email in their dotloop account (pretty rare, but this does happen and would affect all their deals).  This would require changing their email in one of the platforms

• No MLS number in Dotloop (*If you have an off market deal in dotloop you should put nonmls- followed by the Loopid (ie nonmls-50277593) in the MLS field.

• Our Agent Must be either the Buying Agent or the Listing Agent

  • • See Example Below where nothing is selected

• We also see sometimes that “Buyer” is selected instead of “Buying Agent”

• Address fields must be filled out by searching the MLS # or manually placed in View Details

3. Purchase Price/Financials missing/incorrect in Transaction Plan/Darwin

• Commission field must be just a number ie 2.5 or 3, there can't be any text or symbols like below

• Purchase price needs to just be numbers (i.e. 100000 or 250000). See image: below the period (.) If using the decimal point however, add two zeroes after the decimal point (i,e. 250000.00)

4. Extra characters in Closing Date/Date fields

• Date fields need to be filled out with just the date in a MM/DD/YYYY Format. It should not include other characters as shown below
