At ROVI Homes we utilize REFR to submit, track and process all of our Outgoing Referrals
Follow the Steps below on how to Sign Up to REFR and how the REFR's referral process works!

Step 1: Create an Ambassador account at REFRNOW.com (if you haven't already)
To Create an account, go to https://www.refrnow.com
(Click) on Join Now at the upper right corner of the page
Sign Up as a REFR Ambassador
Fill out all of the required fields
For Brokerage Information, please select the following
Role with current brokerage: Agent
Brokerage Name: ROVI Homes
Broker of Record Name: Steven Rovithis
Broker of Record Phone: 413-478-1099
Broker of Record Email: srovithis@rovihomes.com

Note: Once you have signed up, the REFR team will send you a Master Service Referral Fee Agreement for Electronic Signature (You only need to do this once at sign-up)
Step 2: (Login) at the Upper right-hand corner of the REFR Home Page

NOTE: All internal referrals (referrals within ROVI) will be paid at a 25% split and REFR will not take a percentage from that amount
Step 3: (Click) Submit Referral and fill out the information required
Step 4: The Team @ REFR will then identify the Best Fit Agent and email you back with their credentials for your approval
Step 5: Once you approve, REFR will connect your client with the Best Fit Agent
Step 6: REFR will ask the Best Fit Agent for an update every 30 days and you will receive those updates in your email
Step 7: Upon closing, REFR will collect the 35% referral fee from the Best Fit Agent's brokerage and will pass 30% on to ROVI Homes (REFR keeps 5% for their services)
Step 8: Once received, ROVI Homes will process 30% referral fee based on whatever commission plan you are currently on
