Q: Do you enjoy concert/marching band?
A: “Yes!!! I always look forward to making music with so many lovely people each day.”

A: “My friends and I love my instrument.”
Q: What made you want to join band?
A: “My older sister was in band and it always looked so fun, so I joined.”
Q: Do you see yourself continuing band in future years?
A: “Yes! I plan to continue in the band until I graduate.”
Q: How would you describe the band experience in one word?
A: “Chaos.”
Q: What is performing like? How do you feel when performing?
A: “Performing is a scary and exhilarating experience in one. Whether you're worried about hitting your dots on the field or playing the music correctly, it usually ends up going amazing in the end. A good performance is the best thing to come out of marching band. Hearing the crowd’s reactions to certain parts of our show makes me very proud.”
Q: What are tips you would give to someone just starting band?
A: “Just be patient. Learning takes time, and we were all rookies at one point. coming from a rookie in marching band, you’ll learn faster than you think. LISTEN TO YOUR SECTION LEADER!!!!!!!”
Q: What skills have you developed and learnt from band?
A: “I’ve definitely learned patience. I’ve also learned more about my instrument.”
