Mya Bradford:
Try your hardest and put in the time to do your homework and study because it pays off in the end. Don't stress over losing friends because that's a part of high school. Friends will come and go throughout the years!
Hannah Krug:
Don’t stress too much about little things like drama or arguments. Just do your own thing and don’t worry about what other people are doing :)
PLEASE stop standing in the middle of the hallways
Hadley Offner:
Don’t be afraid to venture out and make new friends with people from different grades!
Teagan Pala:
Recently coming out of freshman year, the best advice I can give you is really just have fun with it. Once you get to high school you realize that the people are way more relaxed and just do their own thing. With that, just do whatever makes you happy. Join new clubs, try new things, and just make the most of it! :)
Maddie Doughty:
Create good study habits
Erica Hassen:
Be strong and if people judge you, let them. It's not worth your time and if somebody doesn't like you, oh well. They will get over it.
Augusta Litzinger:
Always listen to the announcements and the teachers
Lauren Miller:
Be nice to others, and do your best in your classes!
Julie Birchall:
1. Study & do your homework
2. Talk to people & make new friends
3. Stay focused and get some sleep
4. BE KIND TO EVERYONE!
Brooke Farrell:
As hard as it may be, never start slacking and saying “I will just do it later.” You will find yourself in a deep hole that may be very hard to get out of at the end of the marking period. Stay strong and get it done.
Alivia Yahner:
My advice for this year's freshmen, be comfortable! This is a safe place and you can talk to mostly everyone if you ever need anything!! If you ever need help with anything ASK!!
Be confident! Wear what you want... if you want to wear sweatpants one day, wear them!! Also come talk to the upperclassmen if you need anything!
Maddie Weakland:
Never be scared to enjoy high school!! It comes and goes super fast! Join that sports team and get involved with school activities! Make sure to enjoy it while it lasts!!
Ava Dobransky:
High school isn't as scary as you think, just don't make a scene and stay out of drama.
Haley Bachik:
Freshmen do not carry vapes in school and bring a water because you cannot ask for water unless you have a bottle.
Skye Bernecky:
Don't care what anyone thinks.
Danielle Hendrick:
You will either love or hate your freshman year. I promise you by the time you're a junior you'll grow to love it if you haven't already. School becomes so much more enjoyable when you really cherish the little moments. Laughing at your basic math mistake in algebra, being covered messily in paint at the football games, having that moment in biology where your mind goes blank, saying the wrong cheer at a volleyball game, or awkwardly dancing at homecoming. Find happiness in those little moments, that's when you'll really learn to appreciate and enjoy your life in high school.
Emily Mendoza:
Be respectful to the upperclassman and don’t be a butt 👍🏻
Hunter Kraynak:
Get your work done on time. Make a couple good friends. Don't be afraid to make mistakes. And WEAR DEODORANT!
Rebecca Krug:
Just be yourself! No matter what others think, do your own thing (as long as it follows rules)!
Kenzie Formeck:
Be friendly to everyone, know your place, and get involved ASAP.
Rachel Young:
Don't get in anyone's way.
Meghan Nemec:
You might be able to get through the first 3 years like it's nothing and not be worried about your grades. Well your senior year, you will have to actually try and actually get good grades and make sure to do your work and not miss much school if any.
Malia Shutty:
GET INVOLVED!!! Even if you don't like sports, or you feel that you're not interested...JUST DO IT.
Arla Homady:
Don't take calc senior year if you plan on doing work release.
Alivia Mccracken:
Don't do something because you are afraid of the out comes. You only get 4 years. Make every second count!
Alivia Tait:
Please don't hiss at the upperclassmen.
Emilia Waugh:
Get involved! Even if you’re doubting it, join that club, start that sport, do everything!! It helps a lot whenever you are involved in something, you’ll make so many friends you wouldn’t have expected, and it’ll make school seem less slow.
Take time to enjoy whatever it is that’s going on. Don’t miss the dances, they're so much fun!! Even if you don’t except them to be or you don't think its your thing, just try everything once. Now is the time for making memories and experiences. You don't want to leave high school with no stories to tell!
And DO THOSE ASSIGNMENTS!! Don’t fall behind, it is so hard to get back ahead. But if you do fall behind, ask someone for help. Don't just let yourself fail. There are a lot of people out there who want you to succeed, so just ask.
Kelsi Klemann:
Don't take up the whole hallway / stairwell, and if you are, don't walk slowly or stop.
Bella Pozzini:
Make sure you do your work and turn it in on time or you will get behind quick but overall just have fun because the time goes by quick.
Oliva Cavallo:
Don't take anything for granted, 4 years goes by fast. Attend as many events as you can.
Meadow Spanella:
Don’t worry so much about having a large group of friends. The day after graduation none of it will matter. Find one good friend and you’ll be set. Focus on getting good grades, and try out college courses through the high school! Good luck everyone! <3
Jonny Kirsch:
Always sprint to lunch. It is the biggest race of your life. You must win.
Bryce Gibbons:
Walk faster.
Anonymous:
Don't eat the forbidden nuggets.
Mrs. Norman:
Even though it's easy to procrastinate, try to avoid it. Get your work done early! It's really easy to fall behind; it's really difficult to catch up.
More importantly, be kind.
Mrs. Lombardo:
* Don't be lazy and do your work! There are consequences for core class
failures.
* Get involved in something. There are so many things offered at the
high school to join. We need you!
* Be friendly and kind.
Mrs. Prebish:
Join activities and make friends!
Set goals and work towards them!
BE KIND!
