Kenzie Formeck placed 6th on Monday September, 19th at the Heritage Conference Golf Championship at Mannitto golf course course. The team had placed fourth overall.
I talked to Jonathan Kirsch, a senior golf member. I asked him three simple questions. The first was "How is the season going?" Jonny responded with "Pretty decent." I then asked him "What's it like being one of two seniors on the team?" He said, "Being a leader on the team and just being a role model in general for the young-ins is impeccable." My last question for Jonny Kirsch was "What was it like to win heritage last year? Do you expect the same for this season?" His response was simple. He said, "It was electrifying to be the only NC team to be in a Heritage championship last year. However, West Shamokin will be a worthy adversary this season."
