I created a survey asking fifty-four people what their favorite book genre was and here are their responses. The genres I put on the survey were: Fantasy, Romance, Horror, Mystery, Thriller, Non-fiction, and Realism. 24.1% of people said romance. 24.1% of people said fantasy. 22.2% of people said horror. 11.1% of people said mystery. 9.3% of people said thriller. 5.6% of people said non-fiction. 3.7% of people said realism. In summary thirteen people said fantasy, thirteen said romance, twelve said horror, six said mystery, five said thriller, three said non-fiction, and two people said realism. Most people like romance and fantasy more than the other genres.
