Situation: If you see SQLITE data base, SQLITE corrupt or SQLITE no such column error in Debug log.
Resolution: Follow the below steps.
Step 1: Check for SQLITE data corrupt error, SQLITE data base or SQLITE no such column error in debug log.
To open debug, right click on desktop app > Open file location > App data > Roaming > Bizanalyst > Debug/Debug log.
Step 2: To resolve the issue, rename the data folder for BizAnalyst. To open data folder, This PC > Go to C drive > Users > Public > Bizanalyst > Rename the data folder from data to data_1
Step 3: After renaming the data folder you will notice percentage while desktop app syncs, inform customer the TAT time for sync.
