Scenario 1: Customer calls on helpline number:
Step1 : Phone number can be changed from the Customer device itself by following the below steps.
Go into Three lines on the top left hand side
Click profile
Click on Edit beside mobile no
Update your Phone no. and Save it
Scenario 2: Merchant wants to change the mobile no but admin mobile is not available or the registered no is not available.
Step 2.1: Confirm if merchant has access to email id.
Step 2.2: Inform merchant to login with email id and password.
Step 2.3: OTP will be shared on email and mobile no.
Step 2.4: Merchant can login with the OTP received on email id.
Step 3 : If a customer is not able to edit and update from their end then inform the customer to mail us at help@siliconveins.com with their registered email id mentioning that they are not able to update contact details and provide the new contact details.
Disposition > If resolved Change in personal information - Change in mobile number
Scenario 3: Email received for mobile number change
Step 3.1:: The respective agent who receives the ticket can update contact details from the admin app.
Step 3.2: The respective agent can update the phone number from the admin app with the below steps.
Step 3.3: Click on the Edit button and edit the phone number and edit As shown in the below screenshot.
Disposition > If resolved Change in personal information - Change in mobile number
Disposition in ZOHO > Login/Profile Related - Changing of phone no.
