What is OPT in and OPT out ?

Answer: An opt-in message asks for a user's explicit permission to send them messages, while an opt-out message provides a way for users to stop receiving messages they are currently getting. Opt-in requires proactive consent, ensuring users want to receive communications, while opt-out allows them to withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time 

Solution: 

Step 1: Inform merchant what is OPT in message and inform customers to accept the OPT in message when new reminder is set.

Step 2: Inform merchant OPT in message can be sent via SMS for the second time from auto reminder report which should be accepted by customer
