ISSUE TYPE 1:EXPLANATION ABOUT BA PAYMENTS

Step 1: Explain how payment feature works 

• Payment feature can be used to receive payment from party with outstanding 

• A receipt will be generated to tally in optional automatically every time a payment is made via the payment link 

• Payment link can be shared along with the invoices shared or just as a link

Step 2: Share information on how to share the payment link and how the party can pay via the payment link

• Payment link can be shared from the outstanding page by clicking on collect now option

• Payment link can also be shared along with invoices shared, merchant should enable the share payment link option from payment settings > payment link settings

Step 2: Explain the charges on payments received 

• All UPI transactions are free on Biz Analyst.

• Mobile Wallets

• Transaction Charges: 1.75%

18% GST applicable on transaction charge

• Credit Card/Debit Card

   18% GST applicable on all credit and debit card transaction charges

Credit Card

• American Express

• Transaction Charges: 2.7%

• Business

• Transaction Charges: 2.4%

• Other Cards

• Transaction Charges: 1.99%

Debit Card

• American Express

• Transaction Charges: 2.7%

• Rupay

• Transaction Charges: 0.02%

ISSUE TYPE 2: MERCHANT WANTS TO ADD BANK ACCOUNT 

Step 2: The Bank account can be either added from tally or from the mobile application

Step 2: The Bank account added from the mobile app will not be saved in tally

Step 3: To add bank account for payment settings open mobile application

Step 4: Click on the three horizontal lines to the left-hand side > Go to settings > Payment settings > Bank accounts

Step 5: Select the bank account which needs to be set primary 

Step 6: Click on set primary, once the bank account is set as primary 1re will be credited to verify the account

Step 7: Now merchant can share payment link and receive payment in the same account

ISSUE TYPE 3: MERCHANT WANTS TO KNOW ABOUT PAYMENT SETTINGS

Step 1: Click on the three horizontal lines to the left-hand side > Go to settings > Payment settings > Payment link settings

Step 2: Enable share payment link settings

Step 3: Select the payment method for online payments 

Step 4: Start sharing payment link

ISSUE TYPE 3: MERCHANT WANTS ALLOW USERS TO ACCESS PAYMENT 

Step 1: Click on the three horizontal lines to the left-hand side > Go to settings > Payment settings 

Step 2: Enable Sales team option

Step 3: Now users can also collect payment from payment link
