We have found the Fraudulent activities regarding the Payment Feature which is mostly done by New/Trial Customers when the analysis has been done on the transaction details data.
There will be below constraints to get the Payment Feature on the BA App:
Trial Period :
If the Merchant is in the Trial Period, they will not be able to use the Payment feature.
Paid Subscription:
Only after 14 days of paid subscription, merchants will be able to get the Payment Feature.
Voucher Constraint:
There should be atleast 2500 or more vouchers for the Payment Feature to enable.
Connected Devices:
Devices which will be connected with the Payment Fraud merchant will also get Blocked.
Example: Sales Team mobile, mobile changed but same Sim, same sim with different mobile, etc.
We will inform the details to the Payment Team and based on the "Checks Done" for the merchant, they will decide to give the Payment Feature.
