Scenario 1: Customer us on helpline no
Step 1.2: If a customer calls on helpline number inform the customer to mail us the serial no and reason for transfer at help@siliconveins.com
Disposition > If resolved Changes In Personal Information - Tally license change/ Transfer Subscription
Scenario 2: Email received for transfer subscription
Step 2.1: When a ticket is received from a customer to transfer tally serial number subscription from one number to another serial number.
Check whether the email is received from the registered ID or not. If we receive it from the registered ID we will process this, If it's not then we need to request the customer to send an email from the registered email id.
Complete 9-digit serial number is required from the customer end on mail within the FROM to TO serial number format.
Step 2.2: Get the reason for changing serial no.
step 2.3: If the customer is from a partner lead mail the details to Suhail and wait for confirmation once confirmation is received you can proceed.(If the transfer is not approved then mail the customer with RSM in cc and close the ticket)
Step 2.4: If the customer is a direct lead mail the details to Ziauddin and wait for confirmation(If the transfer is not approved then mail the customer with RSM in cc and close the ticket)
Step 2.5: Once confirmation is received, inform Ziauddin(Manager) to transfer the subscription.Once it is done send an email to customer about the transfer and close the ticket
Note- To change serial number from admin app> search user> go to the subscription> edit> tally license and add the serial number.
Step 5: After changing the serial number from the admin app, mail the customer with the Tally License transfer template from the ticket.
