Step 1: In terms of iPhone if the app crashes you need to Uninstall the App and Reinstall it on mobile

If not resolved
Step 1: Check the file size from the admin app
Step 2: If the files are more than 1000 compact the files from the admin app
Step 3: Once the data is compact inform the merchant to reinstall the mobile app
If resolved
> Disposition: Mobile_App_Crash - Mobile_App_Not_Opening
NOTE: If the Above Steps do not resolve the issue, ask the customer to take a video of the app crash and raise a ticket for the L2 team.
If resolved
> Disposition: Ticket Raised - App crash issue, app is getting close automatically
Step 1: L2 team will escalate to the DEV team with video, company details, mobile details, and steps when the app crashes.
Step 2: After the Dev team resolves the issue the respective agent needs to inform the customer and check whether the issue is resolved or not.
