K7 Anti-Virus for connector application
We have been receiving complaints regarding the BA connector app not running when the K7 antivirus is enabled. Please follow the below steps to resolve the issue:
1. Open the Antivirus
2. Click on Real time Protection under Antivirus and antispyware
3. Under Sentry click here to manage exclusion
4. Add the path file for Tally and Biz A
5. Tick on all three- Exclude from Realtime scanner, Exclude from offline scanner, Include subfolders
