Solution: Follow the below steps.
Step 1: Check the location of the downloaded file.
Step 2: If the file is not downloaded in the C drive application cannot be installed.
Step 3: Inform the customer to remove files from the C drive to make some space for the Biz analyst file.
Step 4: Move the downloaded file to C drive to install the application completely
