DESKTOP APP NOT OPENING
Please follow below steps for Desktop App not Opening issue:
Step 1: Check with the customer's desktop app by taking Anydesk access. Check if the Desktop app is open or not on the customer’s system
Step 2: The sync process starts only when the Desktop app is open or Working in the background. In this case, the Desktop app is not running as well not opening even after clicking on the desktop app shortcut icon.
Step 3: If not open then open it with a shortcut icon on the Desktop and if still it is not opening then open the Task Manager.
Step 4: In task manager check in the background process and end task the Biz analyst application and then open the desktop app from the shortcut icon.
Step 5: Additional try running the desktop app with administrative rights and compatibility mode.
Step 6: Install the latest version of the desktop app.
