Merchant wanted to know about E-invoice
Inform merchant E-invoice can be shared from the mobile application but cannot be created.

CUSTOMER IS REQUESTING FOR E-INVOICE FEATURE
If the merchant is not able to see the e-invoice option in the mobile app
Check whether the desktop app is updated, if not update the desktop app to the latest version (desktop app version should be above 8.2.25)

Customer is unable to share older E-invoices which are already created in tally
Once the desktop app updates new e-invoices that are created can be shared
If a merchant wants to share older e-invoices that are already created in the tally
Help the merchant to resync data from the desktop app from that particular month and year.

Customer wants to share E-invoice from mobile app
E-invoice can be shared only if the desktop app is updated( current version 8.4.11 & above)
Once an e-invoice is created customer need to wait for the sync frequency to get it sync to desktop app, once the sync is complete, the invoice will be auto shared if the "Invoice auto-share" is ON.
If this is OFF, then the customer can share the e-invoice from the sales option in the dashboard

CUSTOMER IS FACING ISSUE WITH E-INVOICE
Customer is unable to see QR code
If the merchant informs the E-invoice QR code is not reflecting
Check whether the desktop app is updated, if not update the desktop app to the latest version (desktop app version should be above 8.2.25) and resync the data manually
