Want to Renew App
Guide customers on how to renew the app from the mobile application from the Purchase button in the mobile app. OR even the end user can click on the purchase button from the Desktop app and renew the subscription.
From the mobile app: Click on the 3 horizontal lines on left corner> Click on purchase.
From Desktop: Click on the Purchase button on the left navigation bar as shown below in the Screenshot.
Explain to customers that they can only renew the app if their subscription expiry date is within 60 days.
