Installing the latest version of the desktop app might resolve the issue, if the issue is not resolved follow the below steps:-
Step 1: Download the latest file of the desktop application.
Step 2: Check for antivirus applications on desktop.
Step 3: Exclude the downloaded file in antivirus.
Step 4: After excluding the file right click on the downloaded file > Select properties > Unblock the file.
Step 5: Now install the new version issue will be resolved.
