Please follow the below steps for desktop app Re- Installation:
Step 1: Confirm with customers if they have the changed system or if they have formatted the system, then we need to re-install the desktop application. (Check if the customer was given a master build for the data mismatch issue)
Step 2 : The installation is done by checking the system configuration of the end user like 32-bit or 64-bit processors by right-clicking on my computer > clicking on Properties and checking the details in the end user system by taking system access.
Step 3: According to the System configuration download the desktop app exe from the Biz analyst website.
Note- If the issue is not resolved, then forward that call to the L2 team or raise a ticket.
