Scenario 1: Purchase device limit exceeded prompt in mobile application for admin
Step 1: While logging into the mobile app - the customer might receive an error prompt of purchase device limit reached and asking the customer to purchase the device to continue using the app.
Step 2: This prompt or issue only appears if the end-user has changed the phone or their device has been formatted.
Step 3: In the same Prompt message the end user will be notified with his old device name and beside it there will be a toggle button on which the end user can turn off and continue. With this, the Purchase limit reached issue will be resolved and the end user can use the app on a mobile device.

Scenario 2; Purchase device limit exceeded prompt in mobile application for User
Step 1: If the end user wants to purchase one more user then he/she will get the option of Purchase button with which they can add one more device with their subscription.
Step 2: The device can be added or purchased from the admin device only and if the purchase limit exceed is faced by user wants to add a device for that user then the respective user should contact the admin to purchase the device in his subscription
Step 3: If the user has been already purchased and added but while logging in to the user ID purchase device limit exceeded prompt is shown then the admin can turn off the old device or unused device that he wants.
Step 4: Admin has to open his mobile and click on horizontal lines to the top left-hand side and then select the companies option, to the top right-hand side he will find a mobile phone symbol by clicking on it which will take him to the device list from where he can turn off unused device
