If customer is raising ticket for a feature request follow the steps
Step 1: Check with the customer with all details about what exact new feature they want in the mobile app and on which screen.
Step 2: Mention those details in the FR google sheet and wait for the Product team to get back whether it is possible or not.

Step 3: If possible then product team will provide the jira task number or else comment that it is not possible
Step 4: If not possible then inform the customer with mail template Feature Request cannot be integrated
Step 5: if possible then product team will provide the JIRA task number which we can attach in the ticket and close the same ticket by moving it to Dev department in Zoho portal
HOW TO ADD JIRA TASK IN ZOHO TICKETS
Click on the 3 dots in the right above corner as mentioned in the below screenshot
Click on the icon of Add Jira and add the jira provided by product team and Click on Link
After that move the ticket to Dev department and close it
