CUSTOMER WANTS TO CREATE ENTRY FROM MOBILE APP
Step 1: With Biz Analyst, you can create the following voucher types that gets automatically inserted into Tally:
Quotation (does not sync with Tally)
Step 2: Inform merchant the entry will reflect in tally after the data is synced in BA connector application. Inform them that Data entry will sync to the tally only when the tally is open with the respective company in which the data entry is done.
Step 3: Guide customers that they can check the data entry sync status in the mobile app. ( Sales team tab > All entries > Click on Entry type > you will get a screen with 3 status > PENDING / SUCCESS / FAILED.
- Status PENDING means the entry is yet to be synced to the Tally
- Status SUCCESS means the entry is synced to the Tally.
- Status FAILED means the entry is failed while syncing due to some reason
Step 4: Explain the Data entry concept to the customer from Dashboard > Create Entry Button OR from Sales Team Tab >All Entries feature. For Reference please check the below Screenshot.

Step1: Guided the merchant through the steps to create a item using the mobile app
Go to Dashboard
Click on Item
Click on (+) Symbol(bottom right corner)
Fill the stock item details on the screen-
Click on Create stock item
Stock item create successfully.
Step 2: Inform merchant the entry will reflect in tally after the data is synced in BA connector application. Inform them that Data entry will sync to the tally only when the tally is open with the respective company in which the data entry is done.

Step1: Guided the merchant through the steps to create a ledger using the mobile app
Go to Dashboard
click on Party
Click on (+) symbol(bottom right corner)
Enter company and contact details
Click on Create Ledger
Ledger create successfully.
