Why is Biz Mart being stopped?
Sir/Madam, based on the survey we did from our existing user of Biz Mart, we found out that most of the customers still want to follow the old method of Order Management and did not see the technology of Biz Mart helping them. Hence, we are discontinuing the Biz Mart as a Project

Sorry to hear that, we have already sent multiple notifications to all customers, providing them with advance notice of the service termination. The Biz Mart services will continue to function until 15 April, post which it will be completely shut down
Now, What do I do?
Sir/Madam, I completely understand your feeling, to help us customers. To ensure our customers don’t get affected because of this, we are extending your Biz Analyst subscription for the remaining amount.
If Customer don’t agree, and wants a refund.
Sir/Madam, as you are insisting I will proceed to refund the balance amount instead of Subscription extension of Biz Analyst.
I don’t need the extension.

Sir/Madam, I am sorry for the inconvenience. This was a very hard decision to make, we tried all the option we could to keep our Biz Mart Services alive. But, unfortunately we had to make this decision of shutting down the Biz Mart.
You can definitely be sure, we will comeback with features which will make your business easy
